Learning and growing are essential to me. This is why after many years of working in education, I decided to become a licensed professional counselor. Building my career and weathering many of life’s other major changes makes me well-equipped to help clients navigate transitions and create the life path they want. I especially enjoy helping young adults work through stress and anxiety from family, relationships, work, and the challenge associated with launching into adulthood and discovering their own identity. I’m also drawn to working with adult individuals dealing with challenges in relationships and parenting while grappling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Whether working with young people or adults, I strive to provide them with individual tools to transform into more open hearted and authentic versions of themselves. My maxim: You can heal so many parts of your life by approaching it with a curious heart and open mind.
