LPC Associate, NCC
Supervised by Jaime Telfeyan MS, LPC S, NCC
Learning and growing are essential to me. This is why after many years of working in education, I decided to become a licensed professional counselor. Building my career and weathering many of life’s other major changes makes me well-equipped to help clients navigate transitions and create the life path they want. I especially enjoy helping young adults work through stress and anxiety from family, relationships, work, and the challenge associated with launching into adulthood and discovering their own identity. I’m also drawn to working with adult individuals dealing with challenges in relationships and parenting while grappling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Whether working with young people or adults, I strive to provide them with individual tools to transform into more open hearted and authentic versions of themselves. My maxim: You can heal so many parts of your life by approaching it with a curious heart and open mind.
Areas of Expertise-
Anxiety - ADHD - Stress - Depression
Mindset - Self-Compassion - Healthy Boundaries
Life Changes - Grief and Loss
Everyone's journey is different, but anxiety, indecision, and self-doubt can cause anyone to lose their way, disrupting relationships and interfering with the lives we wish to create. Through self-discovery and building self-compassion, we can move to a more peaceful, intentional path toward living with curiosity and whole-hearted contentment.
I offer online and in-person sessions. I work with adults, adolescents, and children on a range of issues, especially those listed in areas of expertise. If you can identify with any of these, I encourage you to contact me so we can see how I might be able to help you.
