The foundation of my approach is curiosity. My individual therapy style is relational, nurturing, and insightful. I am guided by Rogerian, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Modern Attachment theories. In my practice, I draw on mindful awareness tools to help clients increase self-compassion and develop emotional regulation skills to create healthy boundaries.
